Your order is not accepted until Darshana The Clothing House confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to exchange solely in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Since each piece is handmade with care, processing and delivery may take 10–15 business days.

Orders within Rajasthan may be delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges only in case of size issues.

If the ordered piece does not fit you, you may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition in which you received it, with the original tags and packaging intact.

To process the exchange, please ship the piece back to us along with a small note mentioning your order details and required size.

Please note:

Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Customers are responsible for reverse shipping charges.
Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging intact.
Slight irregularities in hand embroidery, print, or color are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.
