Shipping

We offer exchange only in case of size issues.

If the ordered piece does not fit you, you may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

To process the exchange, please ship the piece back to us along with a small note mentioning your order details and required size.

Please note:

•⁠  ⁠Exchange is allowed only once per order.
•⁠  ⁠Customers are responsible for reverse shipping charges.
•⁠  ⁠Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchange.
•⁠  ⁠Slight irregularities in hand embroidery, print, or color are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Since each piece is handmade with care, processing and delivery may take 10–15 business days. Orders within Rajasthan may be delivered within 5–7 business days depending on the location.
